摘　　要：在新的历史时期,习近平总书记基于马克思主义立场与方法,从青年的作用与地位、青年的理想信仰、青年的自身发展等维度对新时代青年责任问题进行全面思考和创造性阐释,形成了新时代青年责任观。新时代青年责任观是新时代青年思想的重要内容,也是新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是对马克思主义青年责任思想的继承与发展,为当代青年认知时代责任、强化担当作为和实现个体全面发展提供科学指导和重要依据。In the new historical period,general secretary Xi Jinping based on Marx's stand and method,from the dimensions of youth's role and status,youth's ideals and beliefs,and youth's own development,made a comprehensive reflection and creative interpretation of the issue of youth responsibility in the new era,forming a new concept of responsibility for youth in the new era.The concept of youth responsibility in the new era is an important content of the youth thought in the new era,and also an important part of the socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It inherits and develops the Marxist youth responsibility thought,and provides scientific guidance and important basis for the contemporary youth to recognize the responsibility of the era,strengthen the responsibility and realize the all-round development of the individual.
