摘  要:2020年实施的新版标准GB/T 2283—2019《焦化苯》对焦化苯中噻吩含量的检测方法进行了修订,规定使用氮磷检测器(NPD)进行检测,与旧版标准(GB/T 14327—2009、GB/T 2283—2008)提供的方法存在较大的差异。从噻吩的元素组成出发,介绍了NPD和火焰光度检测器(FPD)的工作原理,采用外标法对两种检测器检测焦化苯中噻吩含量的精密度和准确度进行了验证,并对工业样品进行了测试实验。结果表明,NPD不适用于噻吩的检测,而FPD能精准检测出焦化苯中噻吩的含量,精密度和准确度均达到了化学分析相关国标要求。The new standard GB/T 2283—2019 coking benzene implemented in 2020 revised the detection method of thiophene content in coking benzene and stipulated the use of nitrogen and phosphorus detector(NPD)for detection,which was quite different from the methods provided in the old standards(GB/T 14327—2009,GB/T 2283—2008).Starting from the elemental composition of thiophene,the working principles of NPD and flame photometric detector(FPD)were introduced.The precision and accuracy of the two detectors in detecting thiophene content in coking benzene were verified by the external standard method,and the industrial samples were tested.The results showed that NPD was not suitable for the detection of thiophene,while FPD could accurately detect the content of thiophene in coking benzene,with both precision and accuracy meeting the requirements of national standard.
