摘 要:简述了液滴倍增技术的原理。基于液滴倍增技术,开发了应用于剩余氨水除焦油的AFBP相分离器、焦炉煤气净化的Anhorn除雾器和焦炉烟道废气超低排放的AFMD除雾除尘器。介绍了AFBP相分离器、Anhorn除雾器及AFMD除雾除尘器的工作原理及在实际生产中的应用情况。在应用企业的运行结果表明:经过AFBP相分离器处理后,剩余氨水中的未溶解焦油质量浓度降低至50 mg/L以下;Anhorn除雾器用于净化进气柜前的焦炉煤气,对苯、萘、氨的去除率分别约为46%、66.4%、70%;湿法脱硫后的焦炉烟道废气经过AFMD除雾除尘器处理,颗粒物质量浓度降低至10 mg/m3以下,达到超低排放的标准。The principle of droplet coalescence technology was briefly described.Based on droplet coalescence technology,the AFBP phase separator for removal of tar from surplus ammonia water,Anhorn mist eliminator for coke oven gas purification and AFMD mist and dust eliminator for ultra-low emission of coke oven waste flue gas were developed.The working principle and actual production application of AFBP phase separator,Anhorn mist eliminator and AFMD mist and dust eliminator were introduced.The operation results showed that the mass concentration of undissolved tar in the surplus ammonia water was reduced to less than 50 mg/L after the treatment with AFBP phase separator;Anhorn mist eliminator was used to purify the coke oven gas before entering the gas holder,with average removal rate of benzene,naphthalene and ammonia being 46%,66.4%and 70%respectively;the coke oven waste flue gas after wet desulfurization was treated with AFMD mist and dust eliminator,with particle mass concentration reduced to less than 10 mg/m3,meeting the ultra-low emission standard.
