添加药剂生产增值尿素工艺的研究应用

摘　　要：为实现尿素产品多元化,华鹤公司基于大颗粒尿素装置,通过新增小蒸发装置添加相关药剂,生产不同增值尿素。介绍了大颗粒尿素装置的生产工艺流程,分析了增值尿素的生产原理、工艺流程和产品质量指标,并以生产锌腐酸尿素为例,对相关装置的数据进行了分析,结果表明,小蒸发系统投用后,可生产不同品种增值尿素并与原尿素系统隔离;含Cl-工艺冷凝液送锅炉,其中的氨与煤燃烧产生的氮氧化物反应生成氮气,实现锅炉烟气脱硝。In order to realize the diversification of urea products,CNOOC Huahe Coal Chemical Co.took the existing large granular urea plant as the basis,and produced value-added urea by adding a small evaporation unit.The production process of large granular urea plant was described,and the production principle,process flow and product quality index of value-added urea were analyzed.Taking the production of zinc humate-urea as an example,the data of related plants were analyzed.The results showed that after small evaporation system was put into use,different kinds of value-added urea could be produced,and it was isolated from the existing urea system.The process condensate containing Cl-was sent to the boiler,the ammonia in which converted NOx from coal combustion to nitrogen,realizing denitrification of boiler flue gas.
