摘  要:合成气制乙二醇装置精馏系统在长周期运行过程中会累积微量杂质,对乙二醇产品UV值造成影响,因此精馏系统需要定期对脱醇塔进行煮塔。分析了乙二醇合成工艺中的主要副反应及精馏工序脱醇塔煮塔的原因、目的及依据,介绍了某合成气制乙二醇装置精馏工序脱醇塔的煮塔及废液的排放工艺。针对煮塔废液COD含量较高的情况,提出乙二醇质量分数大于50%时外售、质量分数10%~50%时用作煤气化车间制浆配制液、质量分数小于10%时外排三种方案,实现了煮塔废液的综合利用。Some trace impurities accumulated during the long-term operation of the rectification system of syngas to ethylene glycol plant,which affected the UV value of ethylene glycol products.Therefore,the rectification system needed to boil the dealcoholization tower regularly.The main side reactions in ethylene glycol synthesis process and the reason,purpose and basis of boiling the dealcoholization tower in the rectification process were analyzed,and the boiling tower and waste liquid discharge process of one such plant were introduced.In view of the high COD content in the waste liquid from the boiling tower,three schemes were put forward,i.e.selling the crude glycol when its mass fraction was more than 50%,using it as the slurry preparation liquid in the coal gasification workshop when its mass fraction was 10%~50%,and discharging it when its mass fraction was less than 10%,thus achieving the comprehensive utilization of waste liquid from boiling tower.
