摘  要:针对鹤岗煤灰熔融性温度高,无法满足德士古水煤浆气化工艺煤灰流动温度(FT)低于1350℃的要求,以鹤岗龙煤(LM)和鹤翔煤(HM)为研究对象,考察了浮选前后灰分对煤灰组成的影响,分析了助熔剂CaCO_(3)对煤灰熔融特性和黏温特性的影响。结果表明:随着浮选煤灰分的降低,煤灰中SiO_(2)含量及ω(SiO_(2))/ω(Al2O_(3))降低,煤灰FT升高;CaCO_(3)的加入可有效降低煤的灰熔融性温度,当CaCO_(3)加入质量分数为4%时,可使LM和HM煤灰熔融性温度均达到德士古气化炉操作温度的要求;LM和HM煤经过浮选降低灰分后,通过添加一定比例的CaCO_(3),可有效调控煤灰的流动性,高温下煤灰渣类型由结晶渣转化为玻璃体渣,适宜的操作温度下液态排渣温度范围较宽,灰渣流动性能够较好地满足气流床气化炉对液态排渣黏度的要求。In view of the high fusibility temperature of Hegang coal ash,which could not meet the Texaco coal water slurry gasification process requirement for coal ash flow temperature(FT)lower than 1350℃,taking Hegang Longmei(LM)and Hexiangmei(HM)as the research objects,the influence of ash content before and after flotation on the composition of coal ash was investigated,and the influence of fluxing agent CaCO_(3) on the fusibility and viscosity-temperature characteristics of coal ash was analyzed.The results showed that silica content and silicon to aluminum ratio(SiO_(2)/Al2O_(3))of ash decreased with the decrease of flotation ash content,the flow temperature was increased.The fluxing agent CaCO_(3) on the coal ash could decrease coal ash fusion temperature effectively,and when the mass fraction of CaCO_(3) added was 4%,the coal ash fusion temperature of LM and HM could meet the operating temperature requirement of Texaco gasifier.Furthermore,the fluidity of LM and HM ash could be effectively controlled by adding a certain proportion of CaCO_(3) after the ash content was reduced by the flotation.At a high temperature,the type of coal ash slag changed from crystalline slag to vitreous slag.At a suitable operating temperature,the liquid slag discharge temperature had wide range,and the fluidity of ash slag could meet the requirements of entrained flow gasifier for liquid slag discharge viscosity.
