摘 要:介绍了某四喷嘴水煤浆气化装置灰水处理系统工艺流程,分析了该装置灰水水质数据和现有灰水处理方法,并以该灰水数据为基础,建立了阻垢分散剂动态性能评价方法,采用动态阻垢性能评价装置(PMAC),验证了灰水系统所用阻垢分散剂的药剂效果。实验表明,在阻垢分散剂含固质量分数为27.9%,加药质量浓度保持在80 mg/L以上时,灰水系统结垢风险较低。The process flow of ash water treatment system of one coal water slurry gasification unit with four nozzles was introduced,and the ash water quality data of the unit and the existing ash water treatment methods were analyzed.Also,the dynamic evaluation method of scale inhibition based on such ash water data was established.The effect of scale inhibitor and dispersant used in the ash water system was verified through dynamic evaluation device of scale inhibition performance(PMAC).The experimental results showed that when the solid mass content of the scale inhibitor and dispersant was 27.9%and the dosage was kept above 80 mg/L,the risk of scaling in the ash water system was low.
