摘 要:当焦炉使用高炉煤气加热时,可通过调节煤气支管孔板直径来提高直行温度的均匀性,从而使炉温稳定且分布均匀,生产出优质的炼焦产品。以65孔6 m捣固焦炉为例,在对各支管煤气用量计算的基础上,采用阻力理论计算的方法,分别对中部支管孔板、边炉支管孔板、次边炉支管孔板的直径进行了计算,得到了焦炉各支管孔板直径的排列方式,为实现全炉各部位焦炭产品的均匀成熟和优质稳产提供了理论基础。When the coke oven is heated by blast furnace gas,the longitudinal temperature uniformity can be improved by adjusting the diameter of the branch orifice plate,so that the furnace temperature is stable and evenly distributed,and high-quality coking products are produced.Taking 65-hole 6 m stamp-charged coke oven as an example,based on the calculation of gas consumption of each branch pipe,the diameter of orifice plates of middle branch pipe,side furnace branch pipe and secondary side furnace branch pipe was calculated respectively by the method of resistance theory.And the arrangement of orifice plate diameter of each branch pipe of coke oven was obtained,which provided a theoretical basis for achieving the uniform and mature coke products at all parts of the coke oven,with stable production and high quality.
