摘　　要：纸浆模塑餐盒具有可回收、可降解、重量轻、成本低、外形美观等诸多优点,其作为一种有前景的塑料餐具的替代品受到越来越多的关注。本文针对目前纸浆模塑餐盒的生产工艺和其存在的食品安全问题,综述了纸浆模塑餐盒的主要生产工艺、生产要求和成品中可能存在的危害物三个方面,以期为解决我国纸浆模塑餐盒行业中存在的生产成本、生产工艺优化、食品安全等方面问题提供参考。As a promising substitute for plastic tableware,pulp molded lunch box has attracted more and more attention due to its recyclability,degradability,light weight,low cost and beautiful appearance.In this paper,ac-cording to the current production process of pulp molded lunch box and its existing food safety problems,the main production process and status,production requirements and possible hazards in the finished product of pulp molded lunch box were summarized.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for solving the production cost,production process optimization,food safety and other problems in China’s pulp molded lunch box industry.
