摘　　要：传统制浆厂通常采用CEH三段漂白,浆料输送与药液混合由两套设备完成,存在设备投资大、占地面积大、噪音大、功耗大等问题。通过改进,设计一种加药加汽混合螺旋输送一体化装置,用单台设备完成了原料混合、输送两种功能,既节省了设备投资,又降低了能耗。CEH three-stage bleaching is usually used in traditional pulping plant.Pulp conveying and dosing control are completed by two sets of equipment.There are some problems such as large equipment investment,large floor area,high noise,high power consumption and so on.Through the improvement,an mixing screw conveying integrated device for dosing and air entrainment is designed.The two functions of raw material mixing and conveying are solved by a single device,which not only saves equipment investment,but also reduces energy consumption.
