摘  要:采用弹跳射线法对典型飞行器的太赫兹后向雷达散射截面分布特性开展仿真分析,基于仿真结果,综合应用增大表面粗糙度和涂覆吸波材料两种措施,抑制太赫兹散射并分析抑制效果。研究结果表明:飞行器前向和后向的散射特性较强,正后向的雷达散射截面峰值可达60 dBsm;采用抑制措施后,在飞行器正后向±10°范围内,发射接收采用同向垂直(HH)极化方式下雷达散射截面平均降幅达19.62 dBsm,采用同向水平(VV)极化方式下雷达散射截面平均降幅达19.35 dBsm。The terahertz backward radar cross section distribution of a specific aircraft is simulated by shooting and bouncing rays algorithm.Based on the simulation results,the terahertz scattering is suppressed by means of increasing the surface roughness and coating the absorbing material.The suppression performance is analyzed.The results reveal that the terahertz scattering characteristics of the aircraft are remarkable in front and rear directions while the peak value of radar cross section in rear direction is up to 60 dBsm.With the suppression measures,the mean reductions of radar cross section in horizontal and vertical incidence-reception polarization at the rear angles of±10°are 19.62 dBsm and 19.35 dBsm,respectively.
