摘 要:[目的]运用Logistic方程建立果桑抗寒性预测模型。[方法]运用Logistic方程拟合果桑枝条相对电导率随温度变化的规律。[结果]拟合的Logistic方程拟合优度(R2)介于0.87266~0.90734。经过5年寒地低温驯化,4个果桑品种‘安椹’LT_(50)降低了4.74℃、‘白玉王’LT_(50)降低了4.57℃、‘辽5’LT_(50)降低了5.19℃、‘红果2号’LT_(50)降低了5.65℃,LT_(50)降低幅度均为5℃左右。[结论]该研究为黑龙江省更高纬度的高寒地区果桑寒性鉴定、杂交育种的资源筛选及引种栽培提供了理论基础和实践依据。[Objective]The aim of this study was to establish the prediction model of cold resistance of Morus by Logistic equation.[Method]Logistic equation was used to fit the variation law of relative conductivity of Morus branches with temperature.[Result]The goodness of fit(R^(2))of Logistic equation fitting Morus branches relative conductivity with temperature ranged from 0.87266 to 0.90734.The LT_(50) of 4 Morus cultivars(C.p.‘Anshen’,C.p.‘Baiyuwang’,C.p.‘Liao-5’,C.p.‘Hongguo-2’)decreased by 4.74℃,4.57℃,5.19℃,5.65℃respectively with 5 years of low temperature acclimation.The LT_(50) of 4 Morus cultivars decreased by about 5℃.[Conclusion]The prediction model of Morus cold resistance was established by Logistic equation to provide theoretical basis and practical basis for identification of Morus cold resistance,the resource selection of cross breeding and the introduction and cultivation of Morus in the higher latitude regions of Heilongjiang Province.
