摘  要:以工业用硫酸锰溶液为电解原料,采用自制的一体化组合体电解槽制备金属锰,与传统木质电解槽的金属锰产量、电流效率和阳极泥产量进行对比分析,结果表明:一体化组合体电解槽的锰产量和电流效率高于传统电解槽,阳极泥产生量低于传统电解槽,电流效率高达77.7%,阳极泥产生量为42 kg/tMn,一体化组合体电解槽具有阳极酸自动导出、抑制阴极析氢反应、散热效果好的优点。Using industrial MnSO 4 solution as raw material,we know that manganese was prepared by combined electrolytic cell.Compared with the traditional wooden electrolyzer,we have made a research of manganese output,current efficiency and the output of anode mud.The results show that manganese output and current efficiency of combined electrolytic cell are higher than traditional electrolyzer.The production of anode mud is lower than that of traditional electrolyzer.The combined electrolytic cell has the advantages of automatic extraction of anode acid,inhibition of hydrogen evolution reaction of cathode and heat dissipation.
