摘 要:本文以羽毛球运动员减控体重作为研究目标,运用文献资料、膳食调查、体成分测定、血生化检查及统计学方法进行综合分析,完成膳食干预方案的编制与实施。实验结果表明:通过膳食干预后男、女运动员的体重分别减少5.42 kg和7.48 kg,体脂含量分别降低3.3 kg和4.2 kg,且营养素摄入量保持均衡合理,在8周实验周期内顺利达成减重降脂目标,能够为运动员体重长期控制提供参考价值。In this paper,the weight loss control of badminton players as the research goal,using literature,dietary investigation,body composition determination,blood biochemical examination and statistical methods to complete the preparation and implementation of dietary intervention program.The results showed that the body weight of male and female athletes decreased by 5.42 kg and 7.48 kg,body fat content decreased by 3.3 kg and 4.2 kg respectively after dietary intervention,and the nutrient intake remained balanced and reasonable,the goal of weight loss and lipid reduction was achieved in 8 weeks.It can provide reference value for long-term weight control of athletes.
