摘  要:金川镍矿是我国较大的硫化铜镍矿床,其埋藏深、地应力高、矿岩破碎,采用下向分层进路胶结充填法开采,以棒磨砂作为骨料和水泥作为胶凝材料,采用高灰砂比和高浓度管道自流输送充填采矿技术,充填采矿成本居高不下.针对金川矿山大量废弃物,为此开展固废物在充填采矿中资源化利用研究,不仅降低了采矿成本,而且还为固废资源化利用探索出一条途径.首先开展金川固体废物调查与利用现状分析;然后概述固体废弃物在充填采矿中利用研究进展以及存在的问题;最后,针对固废资源研究现状与存在的问题,提出了固废资源在金川矿山深部以及贫矿资源开发中实现安全高效综合利用,为提高金川矿产资源安全、高效开发与固废资源化利用明确了发展方向.Jinchuan Nickel Mine is the largest copper-nickel sulfide deposit in China,which is famous for its deep burial,high ground stress,and rock fragmentation.However,its cost of filling mining remains higher due to its cemented filling method with downward layered approach,rod frosted sand aggregate,cementing material,high-lime-sand ratio and high-concentration pipeline gravity transportation.In view of the large amount of waste from Jinchuan Mine,resource utilization of solid waste in filling mining was carried out,which not only reduced the mining cost,but also explored a way for the resource utilization of solid waste.First,carry out the investigation and utilization status analysis of Jinchuan solid waste;then summarize the research progress and existing problems in the utilization of solid waste in filling mining;finally,according to the research status and existing problems of solid waste resources,it is proposed that the solid waste resources should be safely and efficiently utilized in the deep part of Jinchuan mine and in the development of lean ore resources,which makes clear the development direction for improving the safe and efficient development and solid waste resource utilization of Jinchuan mineral resources.
