摘  要:在钻井、完井、井下作业等油气田开发生产过程中,会产生钻井泥浆压滤液、压井液、洗井液、压裂和酸化返排液等含油钻修井废水,这些废水组成复杂难处理,无法直接外排或回注。文章对冀东油田钻修井废水的水质特性及组成进行分析,开发了1套钻修井废水一体化处理技术,介绍了电催化、絮凝沉降、铁碳微电解、多级砂滤等核心工艺,开展了絮凝剂、助凝剂及pH值调节剂的最佳条件试验研究。研究结果表明:最佳药剂添加浓度分别为絮凝剂50 mg/L、助凝剂6 mg/L,最佳絮凝效果反应条件pH值为9。同时,现场试验应用结果表明:该工艺处理后的污水水质能够达到SY/T 5329—2012《碎屑岩油藏注水水质指标及分析方法》相关指标要求,实现了钻修井废水的合规化处置。During the development and production of oil and gas fields such as drilling,completion,and downhole operations,abundant of drilling mud press filtrate filed,well pressure fluid,well flushing fluid,fracturing and acidification flowback fluid and other oil-bearing drilling and workover wastewater will be generated which cannot be discharged directly or reinjected due to its complex components.This article analyzed the water quality characteristics and composition of drilling and workover wastewater in Jidong Oilfield,and developed a set of integrated treatment technology for drilling and workover wastewater.The core processes such as electrocatalysis,flocculation and sedimentation,iron-carbon micro-electrolysis,and multi-stage sand filtration was introduced.Experimental research on the best conditions of flocculants,assist flocculants and pH adjusters was carried out.The results showed that the best concentration of agents was 50 mg/L for flocculants and 6 mg/L for assist flocculants.The best flocculation pH value was 9.Meanwhile,the field test application results showed that the sewage water quality after the process can meet the relevant index requirements of SY/T 5329—2012“Clastic Rock Reservoir Water Injection Quality Index and Analysis Method”,obtaining the compliance disposal of drilling and workover wastewater.
