摘 要:面对产能扩大导致水资源短缺的问题,某石化公司采用“超滤+反渗透”的双膜法工艺建成中水回用装置,解决了水资源短缺的瓶颈问题。介绍了双膜法工艺在中水回用中的应用流程和运行情况,指出双膜法工艺在运行和设计中存在的问题,双膜法工艺具有节省占地面积、操作简单、易实现自动控制等优点,在中水回用中具有广泛的应用前景。中水回用装置的运行表明,中水回用一级反渗透回用率控制在70%~75%较为合理,二级反渗透回用率不宜大于80%。中水回用装置的投用可为同类工程项目的应用实施提供参考。After the expansion of its production capacity,a petrochemical company faced a shortage of water resources.This problem was resolved after the application of the dual-membrane technology of“ultra-filtration followed by two stages of reverse osmosis”.This paper introduces the application and operation of dual-membrane process in recycling and reuse of reclaimed water,and highlights the issues and problems encountered in operation and design of this dual-membrane solution.This dual-membrane process has the advantages of occupying smaller plot size,simple to operate and easy to implement automated process control.It also has broad application prospect in the recycling and reuse of reclaimed water from brackish water.From operation experience of this process facilities,it is optimal to control the primary reverse osmosis recovery rate at 70%~75%,and the secondary reverse osmosis recovery rate should not be greater than 80%.The application of this process provides a reference for future projects of the same nature.
