摘　　要：通过对树脂、固化剂、防锈颜料和附着力促进剂的筛选,制备了应用于轨道交通客车车辆防腐的水性环氧底漆。其性能符合Q/CR 581—2017《铁路客车用涂料技术条件》,该底漆VOCs含量较低,耐盐雾性佳,具备极佳的环境友好性能和防腐性能;在碳钢、不锈钢、铝合金3种底材上的附着力极好;与原子灰腻子的配套性极佳,是轨道交通客车配套涂装应用中VOCs减排、防腐蚀的优选产品。Anti-corrosion waterborne epoxy primer for rail transit passenger trains was prepared through screening resins,curing agents,antirust pigments and adhesion promoters.Its performance complies with Q/CR 581—2017 Technical Conditions for Coatings for Railway Passenger Cars.The primer has low VOC content,good salt fog resistance,excellent environmental protection and corrosion resistance;its adhesion on carbon steel,stainless steel aluminum alloy substrates is excellent;it matches atomic ash putty very well and is the preferred product for VOC emission reduction and corrosion prevention in coatings application for rail transit passenger trains.
