摘  要:制备了一种单组分聚氨酯地坪涂料,考察了异氰酸酯种类、交联密度及潜固化剂种类对其性能的影响。结果表明,以MDI所制单组分聚氨酯力学强度最高,HDI所制的力学性能最低;随着交联密度的增加力学强度及耐磨性增加,延伸率降低;利用自制潜固化剂RSL-001质量分数为3%时综合性能可达最优。A kind of one-component polyurethane floor coatings was prepared.The effects of the isocyanate type,crosslinking density and latent curing agent type on its properties were investigated.The results show:the mechanical strength of one-component polyurethane made from MDI is the highest and the mechanical performance of that made from HDI is the lowest;with the increase in crosslinking density,the mechanical strength and wear resistance increase and the elongation decreases;the comprehensive performance is the best when 3%(wt%)self-made latent curing agent RSL-001 is used.
