摘  要:实验探索了在过氧化物硫化体系下EVM/MPU并用比对共混胶性能以及共硫化性的影响,实验结果发现,MPU的加入可以提高共混胶的耐油性能,随着MPU份数的增加,热油老化后力学性能变化率减小,质量和体积变化率均呈下降的趋势。在常温力学性能测试中发现,EVM/MPU共混胶的模量以及拉断强度均低于单相MPU和EVM,耐磨性也呈相同变化规律。结果表明,在过氧化物硫化体系下MPU和EVM存在严重的共硫化问题,共混胶的性能下降严重,且低于EVM和MPU两者的组分加和值。The experiment explored the effect of the EVM/MPU combined ratio on the performance and co-vulcanization of the blended rubber under the peroxide vulcanization system.The experimental results show that the addition of MPU can improve the oil resistance of the blended rubber.With the increase of the number of MPUs,the change rate of mechanical properties after the aging of hot oil decreases,and the change rate of mass and volume shows a downward trend.In the normal temperature mechanical performance test,it is found that the modulus and tensile strength of the EVM/MPU blended rubber are lower than that of the single-phase MPU and EVM,and the wear resistance also shows the same change law.The results show that under the peroxide curing system,MPU and EVM have serious co-vulcanization problems,and the performance of the blended rubber is severely reduced,and it is lower than the sum of the components of EVM and MPU.
