摘 要:探究了AEM/TPEE共混胶中加入第三相CM后共混胶性能以及耐热空气和热油老化性能的变化。研究表明,当AEM与TPEE共混时,AEM和TPEE相容性不好,二者模量不匹配,导致其性能较差,拉断强度较低为12.33 MPa。当加入第三项CM以后,性能出现明显的改善,且随着CM用量的增多,拉断强度逐渐增大。CM的加入使得耐热空气和耐热油性能出现一定的下降,老化前后的性能变化率随着CM用量的逐渐增大而增大,但整体性能仍较为优异。The performance changes of the blended rubber after adding the third phase CM to the AEM/TPEE blended rubber were explored.Studies have shown that when AEM is blended with TPEE,the compatibility between AEM and TPEE is not good,and the modulus of the two do not match,resulting in poor performance and a lower tensile strength of 12.33 MPa.When the third CM is added,the performance is obviously improved,and as the amount of CM increases,the tensile strength gradually increases.The addition of CM causes a certain decrease in the performance of heat-resistant air and heat-resistant oil.The performance change rate before and after aging increases with the gradual increase in the amount of CM,but the overall performance is still relatively excellent.
