摘　　要：医院社会责任信息披露国内现有研究成果主要包括公立医院社会责任信息披露动因、信息披露内容、公立医院社会责任信息披露现状研究,美国则注重医院社会责任信息披露法规管理效率的实证研究。我国公立医院社会责任信息披露指标体系、披露质量的评价研究以及公立医院社会责任信息披露管理制度设计是需要进一步深入研究的方向。The existing research results of hospital social responsibility information disclosure in China mainly include the motivation of public hospitals’social responsibility information disclosure,the content of information disclosure,and the status quo of public hospitals’social responsibility information disclosure,while the United States focuses on the empirical research on the management efficiency of hospital social responsibility information disclosure laws and regulations.The index system of social responsibility information disclosure in public hospitals in China,the evaluation and research on the quality of disclosure and the design of the management system of social responsibility information disclosure in public hospitals need to be further studied.
