摘 要:了解黑龙江省大学生疫情间居家体育锻炼现状及影响因素,为日后突发公共卫生事件有效促进大学生体质健康发展提供参考。采用分层整群方便抽样,抽取黑龙江省30所高校7896名大学生,进行居家体育锻炼行为的问卷调查。结果表明性别、年级、专业、居住地、院校、锻炼氛围、锻炼场地、锻炼习惯、学业压力、教师支持、父母支持、同伴支持、健身类APP、抖音类娱乐APP、心理调节、免疫力提升、观屏时间、体质达标测试、个人形象、规律作息、健康饮食、体育课满意度及体育教师满意度等变量间均具有统计学差异。经多因素Logistic回归分析显示,性别(OR=0.68)、年级(OR=1.21)、居住地(OR=1.25)、锻炼氛围(OR=1.56)、锻炼习惯(OR=0.36)、父母支持(OR=0.67)、同伴支持(OR=0.54)、健身类APP(OR=2.04)、抖音类娱乐APP(OR=0.85)、大学生体质测试(OR=0.70)、规律作息(OR=1.41),以及对体育教师执教满意度(OR=1.82)等,均是影响大学生开展居家体育锻炼的因素(P值均>0.01)。综上表明,大学生自觉坚持体育锻炼的习惯较差,应联合学校、家庭及个人实现内外因相一致,主客观相结合,促进大学生具备"终身体育"的健康理念。To understand the present situation and influencing factors of physical exercise among college students in Heilongjiang Province and to provide reference for college students’physical health in the future sudden occurrence of public health crisis.By using the stratified cluster convenience sampling,we surveyed 7896 college students from 30 universities in Heilongjiang Province with questionnaires for physical exercises at home.The results showed that there are statistical differences among variables such as gender,grade,discipline,place of residence,college,exercise atmosphere,exercise field,exercise habit,academic stress,teacher support,parental support,peer support,fitness APP,Tik-Tok class entertainment APP,psychological improvement,immunity enhancement,screen viewing time,physical fitness test,personal image,regular rest,healthy diet,physical education class satisfaction and physical education teacher satisfaction,etc.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis shows that the following are all factors(P value>0.01)influencing college students’home physical exercise:gender(OR=0.68),grade(OR=1.21),place of residence(OR=1.25),exercise atmosphere(OR=1.56),exercise habit(OR=0.36),parental support(OR=0.67),peer support(OR=0.54),fitness APP(OR=2.04),TikTok class entertainment APP(OR=0.85),physical fitness test(OR=0.70),regular rest(OR=1.41),and physical education teacher satisfaction(OR=1.82).The above shows that college students are poor in developing the habit of physical exercise.For this,college,family and individual should be linked as one in order to align internal and external motives and combinesubjective and objective conditions,so as to help college students develop the health concept of"lifelong sports".
