摘　　要：以北京冬奥会为依托,研究黑龙江省冰雪师资队伍建设。采用SWOT分析方法,将黑龙江省冰雪师资队伍建设中的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战等方面进行客观理性的分析,并提出增大投入力度、拓宽培养渠道、完善培训体系、提升教学水平、建立交流平台、共享教学资源等对策和建议,为今后黑龙江省冰雪师资队伍建设提供些合理化建议。Based on the Beijing Winter Olympics,this paper studies the construction of ice and snow teachers in Heilongjiang Province.The SWOT analysis method is used to objectively and rationally analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges in the construction of the ice and snow teacher team in Heilongjiang Province,and proposes to increase investment,broaden training channels,improve training systems,improve teaching levels,and establish exchanges Platform,sharing of teaching resources and other countermeasures and suggestions,provide some reasonable suggestions for the future construction of the ice and snow teacher team in Heilongjiang Province.
