摘  要:为进一步解决页岩气井表层套管和技术套管环空带压难题,介绍了一种适用于水基钻井液条件下的泥饼固化剂GJE。性能评价结果表明,采用GJE的固井二界面胶结强度较未采用GJE的固井二界面胶结强度提高了24.65~29.67倍,且GJE与页岩气井表层套管和技术套管用钻井液、前置液和弹韧性防气窜水泥浆体系具有良好的相容性,满足固井施工要求。7口井11井次现场应用结果表明,GJE可有效提高页岩气井表层套管和技术套管的固井质量,且其具有优良的防气窜效果和环空封隔能力,有利于提高页岩气井表层套管和技术套管的封隔完整性,可为页岩气的高效勘探开发提供了良好的井筒保障。In order to solve the problem of annulus pressure of surface casing and technical casing in shale gas wells,a mud cake solidification agent(GJE)suitable for water-based drilling fluid is introduced.The results of the performance evaluation show that the bond strength at cement-formation interface with GJE is 24.65-29.67 times higher than that without GJE,and GJE has good compatibility with the water-based drilling fluid,preflush fluid and anti-gas channeling cement slurry system with ten-elasticity for the surface casing and technical casing in shale gas wells,which meets the requirements of cementing practice.The results of the field application in 7 wells show that GJE can effectively improve the cementing quality of the sur⁃face casing and technical casing in shale gas wells,and it has excellent anti-gas channeling effect and annulus sealing abili⁃ty,which is conducive to improving the sealing integrity of the surface casing and technical casing in shale gas wells,and can provide good well-bore guarantee for efficient exploration and development of shale gas.
