摘  要:潜油电泵因其举升能力强、排量大、混配效果好的特点成为塔河油田稠油开采的主要机械举升方式。随着油藏进入中含水阶段,井筒内油水关系更加复杂,变化频率更快,造成井筒内液柱压力、粘度发生相应变化,影响电泵平稳运行,异常频繁。在电泵井日常生产管理中,依托远程实时数据监控,将电流特征曲线与油井生产动态相结合,总结出三性管理法,指导电泵井动态分析管理,推广应用取得较好效果。Electric submersible pump is the main mechanical lifting method for heavy oil recovery in Tahe Oilfield because of its strong lifting ability,large displacement and good mixing effect.With the reservoir entering the middle water cut stage,the oil-water relationship in the wellbore becomes more complex and the change frequency is faster,resulting in the corre⁃sponding changes in the pressure and viscosity of the liquid column in the wellbore,which affects the smooth operation of the electric pump and is extremely frequent.In the daily production management of electric pump wells,relying on remote real time data monitoring,combining the current characteristic curve with the production performance of oil wells,the three-prop⁃erty-management method is summarized to guide the dynamic analysis and management of electric pump wells,and good re⁃sults have been achieved in popularization and application.
