天然气处理装置中汞分布规律研究

摘　　要：针对含汞气田天然气处理装置汞的分布规律进行研究,通过采用VGSIM工艺软件对天然气处理装置的关键物流进行模拟分析,并与现场实际位置取样分析结果进行对比分析,说明软件模拟汞的分布规律与实际取样的趋势是一致的,分析了误差产生的主要原因是汞的聚集。通过模拟天然气处理装置三个单元汞的分布规律及占比分析,对于实验数据与模拟误差较大的关键设备,需要在检维修期间特别关注。In this paper,the distribution law of natural gas processing plant of mercury is studied,by adopting VGSIM pro⁃cess software to simulate the key logistics analysis of the natural gas processing plant,then the results are compared with the sample analysis of the actual location results,which shows that software simulition of the distribution law of mercury is consis⁃tent with the trend of the actual sample,and the main cause of the error is the accumulation of mercury.By analyzing the dis⁃tribution and proportion of mercury in three units of the simulated natural gas treatment unit,it is necessary to pay special at⁃tention to the key equipment with large error between experimental data and simulation during the inspection and mainte⁃nance.
