摘  要:针对吉7井区位于林地、农田、草场,井场征地面积大,征地困难,开发投入和运行成本高等问题,采用平台丛式井+无杆泵举升工艺,很好地克服了征地、偏磨、检泵周期短等问题。研制了无杆泵采油平台一体化工艺撬、智能控制撬、供电撬,优化简化了地面工艺,实现了智能控制、无人值守、故障报警、远程监控运行采油模式。智能控制系统集成了电源系统、变频系统、数据采集系统、综合控制系统和加热系统等功能模块。通过智能参数控制和协调控制,保障了设备正常、高效运转,降低了平台装机总功率,达到了节能降耗的目的,并减少了用工人数,提高了油藏自动化管理水平。In view of the problems of large area of land expropriation,difficult land expropriation and high development input and operation cost in Ji-7 well area,which is located in woodland,farmland and grassland,The platform cluster type well+rodless pump lifting technology is adopted to overcome the problems of land expropriation,partial grinding and short pump inspection period.The integrated process skid,intelligent control skid and power supply skid of rodless pump production platform were developed to optimize and simplify the ground process and realize the oil production mode of intelligent con⁃trol,unwatched,fault alarm and remote monitoring.The intelligent control system integrates power supply system,frequency conversion system,data acquisition system,integrated control system and heating system.Through intelligent parameter con⁃trol and coordinated control,the normal and efficient operation of the equipment is guaranteed;the total installed power of the platform is reduced;the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction is achieved and the number of workers is re⁃duced,so that the level of automatic reservoir management is improved.
