摘 要:为了评估黄河库区船舶安全状况,提出使用三角模糊层次分析的多级综合评价模型,运用三角模糊层次分析法确定因素权重,有效地解决了专家赋分主观性较强判断矩阵难以一致性的问题,利用多级综合评价合理解决了风险源繁多大量单因素信息被淹没的问题,并对模型进行实例研究,结果表明:模型能科学合理地评估船舶安全风险,为船舶管理公司和海事局改进管理方法提供参考。In order to evaluate the safety of ships in the Yellow River reservoir area,a multi-level comprehensive evaluation model using triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was proposed.The triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weights of factors,which effectively solved the problem that the subjectivity of expert scoring was strong and the judgment matrix was difficult to be consistent.The multi-level comprehensive evaluation was used to solve the problem of a large amount of single factor information submerged in a wide range of risk sources,and the model was studied with examples.The results show that the proposed model can assess the ship safety risk scientifically and reasonably,which provides a reference for the ship management company and the maritime bureau to improve the management method.
