摘 要:为了利用介电常数法测油料的金属磨粒含量,提出了一种基于微波谐振结构的金属磨粒含量检测传感器。该传感器以环形微带线为谐振结构,采用交指耦合线馈电,同时,在传感器的金属接地板上加载互补开口谐振环以增强谐振特性。利用油液介电常数与金属磨粒含量之间的关系,以介电常数代替对应含量进行仿真,仿真结果显示,当待测油液的金属磨粒含量由0μg/g变化至170μg/g时,传感器的谐振频率向低频处发生偏移,其中圆柱形容器频偏为74 MHz;杯形容器为128 MHz;加载互补开口谐振环后,杯形容器频偏为298 MHz。最后拟合了油液金属磨粒含量与频率偏移之间的关系,建立了油料金属磨粒含量的检测模型,拟合优度为0.9932,拟合效果较好。In order to measure the metal granule content in oil,a sensor based on microwave resonant structure is designed.Based on ring-shaped microstrip line resonating structure,this sensor is fed through interdigital coupling line while enchanting resonating characteristics with split-resonant ring on the metal ground plate.According to the relationship between the dielectric constant of the oil and the metal granule content,we simulate this sensor with varied dielectric constant.The results reveal that when the content of metal granule varied from 0μg/g to 170μg/g,the resonating frequency of cylinder-shaped container lowered 74 MHz while the cup-shaped lowered 128 MHz.Loading the complementary split-resonant ring would decrease the resonating frequency of the cup-shaped by 298 MHz.The relationship between the metal granule content and the frequency offset is fit with goodness of fit reaching 0.9932,establishing a test model on metal granule content in oil.
