摘　　要：针对医学临床和动物实验中使用微量注射泵或输液泵过程中容易出现的注射液体因输液管破裂而意外渗漏至电源接口,导致泵机烧毁的安全问题,设计了一个针对解决上述问题的接线安全转换装置。该装置通过物理设计阻隔渗漏液体与机器本体接触和基于STC15F2K60S2单片机的电路监控2个途径,在市电电压超出安全值范围时自动切断电路,并且设有蓝牙通讯模块,能够实时无线监测电压,提醒使用人员异常情况。提高了设备使用的安全性,可以有效避免注射液体渗漏和电源异常导致的设备损坏,值得推广应用。Injection liquid is easy to leak when using the injection pump or infusion pump in medical clinical and animal experiments,which maybe results in burning out the pump.In order to solve the safety problem,a wiring safety conversion device is designed.The device uses physical methods to block leakage liquid and has the circuit monitoring system based on STC15 F2 K60 S2 MCU.And there is a Bluetooth communication module,which can wirelessly monitor the voltage in real time and remind users of abnormal conditions.The system cuts off the circuit automatically when mains voltage is beyond the safe range.So,this device improves the security of the equipment,and can effectively avoid the damage caused by injection liquid leakage and electric supply abnormal.The device can be used to monitor electric supply and cut off the leakage of liquid,which is worth popularizing.
