摘 要:针对园子沟煤矿井底煤仓断面大、围岩软弱、施工过程复杂等问题,通过进一步分析井底煤仓施工难点,针对性布置了辅助生产系统,优化了施工工序和支护参数,合理采用反井法施工溜矸孔,提出了溜矸孔篦子防漏、穿钢丝绳防堵、套管和超前支护防治垮塌的技术方案,现场应用效果良好,解决了施工难题,有效保证了园子沟煤矿井底煤仓施工安全、高效,形成的技术方案和施工经验在类似条件下可推广应用。Aiming at problems such as complex construction of large section bottom coal bunker in soft rock of Yuanzigou coal mine,auxiliary production systems are targeted by further analysis of difficulties in bottombunker construction.The construction process and support parameters was optimized and binghole was constructed by anti-well method.The technical scheme was proposed such as the leak protection of bing-hole by grate,the anti-blocking by wire-pulling,anti-collapse by casing pipe and advance support.Applications in the field is good and the construction problem is solved.The research results effectively ensure the safe and efficient construction of bottom coal bunker of Yuanzigou coal mine and it can be popularized and applied under similar conditions.
