摘  要:针对基于继电接触器、人工手动料位和卸料小车定点控制精准度低,而导致卸料控制效果差的问题,提出了基于PLC的对筛分栈桥自动卸料控制系统设计。根据系统结构,设计与改造卸料小车驱动方式、卸料小车定位系统、落料点区域物料检测系统和卸料小车牵引机构,通过PLC中央处理器控制卸料小车,完成自动卸料动作。使用二维模糊控制器重新编程,计算料位高度偏差和料位高度偏差变化率,以PLC为核心,采集传感器数据,利用HMI远程控制现场执行,并设计卸车远程监控流程,及时记录小车运行轨迹,控制小车定点。由系统测试结果可知,该系统料位控制误差为0.00,与定位点最大距离误差0.01 m,具有良好控制效果。Aiming at the problem of poor unloading control effect caused by low precision of fixed point control based on relay contactor,manual material level and unloading trolley,an automatic unloading control system design based on PLC was proposed for screen trestles.According to the system structure,the driving mode,positioning system,material detection system and traction mechanism of the unloading trolley are designed and reformed.The unloading trolley is controlled by PLC central processor to complete the automatic unloading action.The two-dimensional fuzzy controller is used to reprogram,calculate the deviation of the height of the material level and the change rate of the deviation of the height of the material level,take PLC as the core,collect sensor data,use HMI to remotely control the field execution,and design the remote monitoring process of unloading,timely record the running track of the car,and control the fixed point of the car.According to the test results of the system,the material level control error of the system is 0.00 and the maximum distance error from the locating point is 0.01 m,which has a good control effect.
