隔爆型电动滚筒型式试验样品选型及改造研究

摘　　要：隔爆型电动滚筒参数排列组合后型号繁多,在研发及安标认证过程中,难以做到每个型号都进行型式试验,因此选取何种型式试验样品及如何改造进行效率测试成为生产厂家和检测机构共同面临的问题。根据对参考文献、试验数据的研究,提出了两类隔爆型电动滚筒型式试验样品的选型、改造方案,对绕组温升、隔爆性能、调速性能、机械强度各项性能从严考核,实际应用为生产企业节省了成本,检测机构提高了工作效率。There are many types of flameproof electric roller after parameter arrangement and combination,and it is difficult to carry out type test for each type in the process of research and development and safety certification.Therefore,what type of test sample to choose and how to improve the efficiency test have become the common problems faced by manufacturers and testing institutions.According to the study of reference,the test data,puts forward two kinds of flameproof electric roller type test sample selection,retrofit scheme of temperature rise of winding,flame-proof performance,high performance,mechanical strength,various performance and effective assessment,application for manufacturing enterprises to save the cost and inspection agencies to improve the working efficiency.
