摘  要:综采工作面环境恶劣,煤矿井下顺槽监控系统缺乏对液压支架的直观体现。针对上述问题,运用Lab VIEW开发出一套基于双总线的自动监控系统,同时建立综采工作面液压支架模型,通过支架控制器和端头服务器实时反馈数据,模拟支架动作和运动状态,实现对综采工作面液压支架运行状况的动态监测。该系统通过了现场调试和井下运行试验,试验结果表明系统性能稳定、运行可靠、仿真准确,满足设计要求,具有较高的实用价值。The environment of fully mechanized mining face is bad,and the monitoring system of underground coal mine is lack of direct reflection of hydraulic support.In view of the above problems,uses LabVIEW to develop a set of automatic monitoring system based on the dual bus,and establishes the model of the hydraulic support in the fully-mechanized mining face.Through the real-time feedback data of the support controller and the terminal server,the action and motion state of the support are simulated,so as to realize the dynamic monitoring of the running status of the hydraulic support in the fully-mechanized mining face.The system has passed the field debugging and underground operation test,the test results show that the system performance is stable,reliable operation,accurate simulation,meet the design requirements,has a high practical value.
