摘　　要：在信息基础设施概念的基础上,对海洋网络信息基础设施的概念和组成进行了简单介绍,提出了海洋网络信息基础设施由海上信息节点与信息网络连接的组成方法,分析了海洋网络信息体系的“物理分布、逻辑一体”的建设思路,以海洋网络信息基础设施为核心,以信息网络为纽带,构建海洋网络信息体系。对海洋信息技术和装备的分类和特点等方面进行了简要分析,介绍了基于海洋网络信息基础设施的海上信息综合服务和应用,展望了海洋网络信息基础设施的发展趋势和模式。Based on the concept of information infrastructure,it introduces the concept and composition of marine network informa⁃tion infrastructure.It is proposed that the marine network information infrastructure is composed of marine information nodes and infor⁃mation networks.It analyzes the construction idea of“Physical Distribution and Logic Integration”of marine network information sys⁃tems.Taking the marine network information infrastructure as the core and the information network as the link,the marine network infor⁃mation system is constructed.It briefly analyzes the classification and characteristics of marine information technology and equipment.It introduces the integrated service and application of marine information based on marine network information infrastructure.Finally,the development trend and mode of marine network information infrastructure are prospected.
