唑来膦酸钠联合鲑鱼降钙素和钙剂对骨质疏松症患者骨痛及骨密度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨唑来膦酸钠联合鲑鱼降钙素和钙剂在骨质疏松症(OP)患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年7月至2020年7月南昌大学第四附属医院收治的86例OP患者,依照随机数字表法分成两组,各43例。对照组予以鲑鱼降钙素和碳酸钙D3片治疗,观察组加用唑来膦酸钠治疗,连续用药3个月。对比两组临床疗效、骨痛程度、骨密度、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分和腰椎、髋部的骨密度相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组,VAS评分为(3.25±0.52)分低于对照组;腰椎、髋部骨密度分别为(0.87±0.15)g/cm^(3)、(0.76±0.12)g/cm^(3)高于对照组;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:唑来膦酸钠联合鲑鱼降钙素和钙剂在OP患者中效果确切,能够有效提升其骨密度,缓解其疼痛感,应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the application value of zoledronate sodium combined with salmon calcitonin and calcium in patients with osteoporosis(OP).Methods:A total of 86 OP patients admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang Universit from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with salmon calcitonin and calcium carbonate D3 tablets,and the observation group was treated with zoledronate sodium for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,bone pain degree,bone density,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual analogue pain scale(VAS)score and bone mineral density of lumbar spine and hip between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was(3.25±0.52)points,which was lower than that of the control group.The bone mineral density of the lumbar spine and hip was(0.87±0.15)g/cm3,(0.76±0.12)g/cm^(3),higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of zoledronate sodium combined with salmon calcitonin and calcium agent is definite in OP patients,which can effectively increase their bone density,relieve their pain,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and have high application value.
