摘  要:针对工业生产中常见的卷绕控制系统进行研究,设计了一个可满足生产要求的卷绕控制系统。该系统以西门子1516-3PN/DP型PLC为控制单元,搭配S120变频器,并以博图(TIA Portal)V15.1为软件平台,通过梯形图编程,使系统满足既定要求。在系统的研究过程中,通过张力传感器及旋转编码器获取卷绕过程中张力及卷绕速度的大小,并采用PID调节的方式对张力及速度进行偏差矫正,使收卷辊与放卷辊“协同”工作,实现恒张力、恒卷绕速度的工艺要求,可广泛应用于造纸、纺织等行业。Based on the research on common winding control system in industrial production,a winding control system that can meet the production requirements is designed.This system uses Siemens 1516-3PN/DP PLC as the control unit,S120 frequency converter,and TIA Portal V15.1 as the software platform.Through ladder programming,the system can meet the established requirements.During the research of the system,the tension and winding speed during the winding process are obtained through the tension sensor and the rotary encoder,and the deviation of the tension and speed is corrected by PID adjustme,so that the winding roller and the unwinding roller"Synergy"work,to achieve the process requirements of constant tension and constant winding speed.It can be widely used in papermaking,textile and other industries.
