摘  要:相关系数曲面拟合算法是数字图像相关方法中一种简单而高效的亚像素位移测量算法。在相关系数曲面拟合算法中,拉格朗日曲面拟合算法、二元三次多项式曲面拟合算法和二元四次多项式曲面拟合算法不能直接推导出亚像素位移量的解析解,而需采用迭代算法获得亚像素位移量。为对比分析上述3种迭代相关系数曲面拟合算法的性能,利用真实散斑图像对3种算法的计算精度与效率进行了对比实验。实验结果表明:3种算法的求解精度与效率从高到低依次为二元三次多项式曲面拟合算法、拉格朗日曲面拟合算法、二元四次多项式曲面拟合算法。In digital image correlation(DIC)method,surface fitting algorithm of correlation coefficient is a simple and high efficiency sub-pixel displacement measurement algorithm.In surface fitting algorithm of correlation coefficient,analytic solutions of some algorithms cannot be derived directly,such as Lagrange polynomial surface fitting algorithm,binary cubic polynomial surface fitting algorithm and binary quartic polynomial surface fitting algorithm.The sub-pixel displacement is obtained by using iterative algorithm in above three algorithms.In order to compare and analyze the performance of the three iterative correlation coefficient surface fitting algorithms,the accuracy and efficiency of the three algorithms were compared by using real speckle images.The results show that the solving accuracy and efficiency of the three algorithms from high to low in turn are the binary cubic polynomial surface fitting algorithm,Lagrange correlation coefficient surface fitting algorithm,the binary quartic polynomial correlation coefficient surface fitting algorithm.
