摘  要:针对一般的液静压导轨油腔单一进油孔造成压力分布不均匀,承载力、刚性和阻尼性能低的问题,对液静压导轨进行优化设计。建立液静压导轨的数学模型并获得导轨设计参数,挑选影响导轨性能的关键参数并建立优化性能指标的函数,结合遗传算法、田口法和灰色关联分析法寻求承载力、刚性、阻尼性最优的导轨设计参数组合。模拟和实验结果证明了该设计的可行性和有效性。In order to solve the problems of uneven pressure distribution and low bearing capacity,rigidity and damping performance caused by a single oil inlet of a common oil cavity of a hydrostatic guide rail,the optimal design of the hydrostatic guide was carried out.The mathematical model of the hydrostatic guide was established and the design parameters of the guide rail were obtained.The key parameters affecting the performance of the guide rail were selected and the function for optimizing the performance index was established.The combination of the design parameters of the guide rails with the optimal bearing capacity,rigidity and damping was found by combining the genetic algorithm,the Taguchi method and the grey correlation analysis method.The simulation and experimental results show that the design is feasible and effective.
