摘  要:针对多轴电液转向系统行驶存在的安全问题,以六轴全路面起重机电液转向系统为例,分析现有技术存在的缺陷,按分组控制及冗余度设计理念,提出一种多轴电液转向系统的优化设计方案。试验结果表明:优化后的设计方案有效解决了因元器件故障而导致的转向安全事故,为相关多轴电液转向系统的设计提供了参考。Aiming at the safety problem existing in the driving of the multi axle electro-hydraulic steering system,taking the electro-hydraulic steering system of a six-axle all-terrain crane as example,the defects of the existing technology were analyzed,and an optimal design scheme of multi-axle electro-hydraulic steering system was put forward according to the design concept of group control and redundancy.The test results show that the optimal design scheme can be used to effectively solve the steering safety accidents caused by component failures.It provides reference for the design of multi-axial electro-hydraulic steering system.
