摘 要:文中针对履带起重机复杂的桁架结构,提出了非均匀离散变量优化策略与非线性力学分析相耦合的协调优化新方法。首先,考虑设计参数之间的协调关系,在离散变量直接搜索方法中嵌入变量协调条件;再耦合结构非线性有限元分析,为优化了提供结构性能隐式约束条件;形成适合工程结构快速优化的一种新的优化方法。最后,以多种类型参数为设计变量对桁架结构工程实例进行了优化。文中优化的动臂充分利用了材料的承载能力,表明将离散变量优化策略与结构非线性有限元分析相结合的复杂桁架结构优化方法是有效的,该方法可解决设计变量较多的大规模结构优化工程问题。In term of the complex truss structure of crawler crane,a new coordinated optimization method is proposed,which combines the optimization strategy of non-uniform discrete variables with nonlinear mechanical analysis.Firstly,considering the coordination relationship between design parameters,variable coordination conditions were embedded in the direct search method of discrete variables;nonlinear finite element analysis of coupled structure provided implicit constraint conditions for structural performance optimization;a new optimization method for rapid optimization of engineering structure was formed.Finally,by taking various types of parameters as design variables,an engineering example of truss structure was optimized.The optimized boom makes full use of the bearing capacity of materials,which shows that the optimization method of complex truss structure combining discrete variable optimization strategy with structural nonlinear finite element analysis is effective and can solve the optimization problem of large-scale structures with multiple design variables.
