摘　　要：对某电厂老旧卸船机同时进行应力测试和有限元仿真分析,通过对比分析综合评价金属结构的安全性和可靠性。最后采用雨流计数法对动态测试数据进行循环计数统计,基于Minner疲劳准则,估算该卸船机的剩余疲劳寿命。The stress test and finite element simulation analysis were carried out on the old ship unloader in a power plant,and then the safety and reliability of metal structures were comprehensively evaluated by comparative analysis.Finally,the rain-flow counting method was used to count the dynamic test data,and according to Miner’s fatigue criterion,the remaining fatigue life of the ship unloader wass estimated.
