摘 要:针对软弱围岩隧道变形控制难题,从软弱围岩隧道变形机制及主动支护原理角度出发,提出了以超前支护、预应力锚杆(索)及喷射混凝土为主要支护手段,以主动改善围岩应力状态为中心,通过主动提高围岩力学参数或降低施工对围岩力学参数的损伤影响,主动及时有效的提供支护力,充分调动和发挥围岩自稳能力的隧道变形控制主动支护设计理念。系统的从围岩应力状态、围岩力学参数、及时支护特性等方面进行了软弱围岩主动支护作用机制的分析。结合现有成果,对主动支护变形控制技术及主动支护施工装备等内容进行了详细介绍。并通过国内典型工程主动支护控制围岩变形实践案例,对隧道主动支护变形控制的应用效果进行了分析,验证了主动支护设计理念的实践合理性,为软弱围岩隧道变形控制提供了技术借鉴和理论参考。Aiming at the difficulty of tunnel deformation control was weak surrounding rock,the design concept of active support for tunnel deformation control was proposed from the perspective of the deformation mechanism of weak surrounding rock tunnel and the principle of active support.The concept used advanced support,prestressed anchor rods(cables)and shotcrete as the main support methods,and focused on actively improving the stress state of the surrounding rock.By actively improving the mechanical parameters of the surrounding rock or reducing the damage impact of the construction on the mechanical parameters of the surrounding rock,the supporting force,was provided in an actively timely and effective manner to fully mobilize and exert the self-stability ability of the surrounding rock.In addition,the active support mechanism of soft surrounding rock analyzed systematically from the stress state of the surrounding rock,mechanical parameters of the surrounding rock,timely support characteristics and process principle.Combined with the existing results,the reinforcement effects of active support technology and active support construction equipment were introduced.Finally,based on practical cases of active support control of surrounding rock deformation in typical domestic projects the application effects of the deformation control of the active support of tunnel were given,and the practical rationality of the design concept of the active support was proved.It provides a technical and theoretical reference for the deformation control of soft surrounding rock tunnels.
