摘  要:绿色发展是我国经济高质量发展的主要内容,而绿色技术创新是绿色发展的核心动力。随着大数据技术的发展,大数据对绿色技术创新的推动作用越来越明显。基于2010-2017年中国30个省市的面板数据,研究大数据对我国绿色技术创新的影响效应。首先采用Super-SBM模型和主成分分析分别对各省市绿色技术创新效率和大数据发展水平进行量化,然后采用固定效应模型和中介效应模型对大数据对于绿色技术创新的影响效应进行实证分析。结果表明,大数据不仅可以直接推动绿色技术创新,还可以通过促进金融产业集聚间接推动绿色技术创新;大数据对绿色技术创新的推动效应在中西部地区、环境规制力度较弱、信息基础设施水平一般的省市表现得更为明显。最后针对我国绿色技术创新发展现状,提出大力推动大数据技术发展、充分利用金融产业集聚中介作用、加强知识产权保护力度以及制定恰当的环境规制政策以促进我国的绿色技术创新发展。Green development is the main content of China's high-quality economic development,and green technological innovation is the core driving force for green development.With the development of big data technology,the role of big data in promoting green technological innovation is becoming increasingly obvious.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2010 to 2017,this paper studies the impact of big data on green technological innovation.Firstly,the efficiency of green technological innovation and the development level of big data are quantified by Super-SBM model and principal component analysis in various provinces and cities.Then,this paper adopts fixed effect model and mediation effect model to analyze the impact of big data on green technological innovation.The results show that big data can not only directly promote green technological innovation,but also indirectly promote green technological innovation by promoting financial industry agglomeration.The promotion effect of big data on green technological innovation is more obvious in the provinces and cities which belong to the central and western regions and have weak environmental regulations and poor information infrastructure.Finally,according to the development status of green technological innovation in China,this paper proposes to vigorously promote the development of big data technology,make full use of the mediation effect of financial industry agglomeration,strengthen intellectual property protection and formulate appropriate environmental regulatory policies in order to promote green technological innovation.
