摘  要:为了提高应用于恶劣工程环境下非标工控机柜的防护性能及设计效率,首先基于防腐机理,提出了关于工控机柜选材和外围防腐工艺的几点建议;其次根据防雨防潮、柜内通风散热基本设计要求,提出了柜体关键防护部位的结构优化措施;最后针对机柜的可移植、参数化多功能典型结构部分,借助SolidWorks软件的参数化功能,引入变量控制设计技巧,大幅度提高了设计效率。按照此思路设计的工控机柜,既可抵御恶劣工程环境,又可缩短研发周期并降低制造成本,为多领域非标工控机柜的融合设计提供了参考。In order to improve the protection performance and design efficiency of non-standard industrial control cabinets applied in harsh engineering environments,firstly,based on the anti-corrosion mechanism,several suggestions on the selection of materials and peripheral anti-corrosion process of industrial control cabinets are put forward;secondly,according to the basic design requirements of rain and moisture protection,ventilation and heat dissipation inside the cabinet,structural optimisation measures for key protective parts of the cabinet are proposed;finally,for the portable,parametric and multi-functional typical structural parts of the cabinet,with the help of the SolidWorks software parametric function,variable control design techniques are introduced to significantly improve the design efficiency.The design of industrial control cabinets according to this idea can withstand harsh engineering environments,shorten the development cycle and reduce manufacturing costs,provide a reference for the integration of non-standard industrial control cabinet design in multiple fields.
