摘 要:以铺层方式为[<0|45>]_(8)的曲线铺丝变刚度单层板为例,对比分析了含重叠单元的单层板模型与不含重叠单元的理想单层板模型的承载能力和失效区域分布。结果发现,在重叠单元面积仅占总面积4.98%的情况下,与理想单层板模型相比,其屈曲载荷提高了13.1%,极限载荷提高了3.0%。此外,两种模型在压缩工况下失效区域有较为明显的区别,这表明制造因素导致的丝束重叠缺陷会使得单层板的损伤分布与理想模型有一定的差异。Taking the curved fiber placement variable stiffness monolayer plate with[<0|45>]_(8) lay-up as an example,both the load carrying capacity and failure area distribution of the plate with and not with considering overlap are analyzed.The results show that,when the overlap area is 4.98%of the total,the buckling load of the model is increased by 13.1%and the ultimate load is increased by 3.0%,compared with the model that does not consider overlap.In addition,the failure distribution of the two models are distinctly different at the compression conditions,which shows that the overlap defect caused by manufacturing will make the damage distribution of the monolayer plate different from the ideal model.
