大型商业综合体消防设计要素研究——以上海“世博B06地块项目”为例

摘　　要：随着我国城市规模不断扩大,大型商业综合体建设成为发展必然。其业态从传统零售转为集购物、餐饮、娱乐、文化、健身、亲子等多种消费功能于一体的商业形态。此商业形态通常还会结合办公、酒店高层塔楼整体设计,成为具备更多功能的大型建筑群,有规模大、功能多样、流线复杂、人员密集等特点,因此存在火灾危险性大、消防设计难度高等问题。此类项目消防设计必须从全局出发,合理正确解读各种消防设计要素。本文以上海“世博B06地块项目”为例,从总体到各分项消防设计要素进行阐述。As the scale of cities in our country continues to expand,the construction of large-scale commercial complexes has become inevitable.Its format has changed from traditional retail to the commercial form integrating shopping,catering,entertainment,culture,fitness,parent-child and other consumption functions together.This commercial form is usually combined with the overall design of office and hotel high-rise towers to become a large building complex with more functions.It has the characteristics of large scale,diverse functions,complex flow lines,and dense personnel.Therefore,there is a high fire risk and difficult fire protection design.The fire protection design of such projects must proceed from the overall situation and reasonably and correctly interpret various fire protection design elements.This paper takes Shanghai“World Expo B06 Lot Project”as an example,and elaborates on the elements of fire protection design from the overall to the sub-items.
