摘 要:天然采光技术古而有之,但材料和工艺较为落后,采光板受阳光的照射而容易发黄,难以有持久采光率,并容易渗水,维护难。而金属收边一体式360°锁边隔热采光板施工技术,主要研采光板与金属屋面板整合,确保采光板在各种自然环境下正常地工作,金属咬边确保密封严密无漏水,克服传统采光板易老化、发黄、耐久性差的缺点,提高透光率的同时减少屋面的维护和更新周期。目前,该技术已达到国际先进水平。本施工技术在广州某汽车内饰系统有限公司搬迁重建项目,光照度达到250.0 lx,可满足办公和加工的光度需要,从实施效果来看无论从外观质量,还是使用功能质量,均达到预设效果。为在该技术的发展提供了施工经验。Natural lighting technology has existed since the ancient times,but the material and technology are relatively backward,the light plate is easily yellowed by sunlight,difficult to have lasting light and easy to seepage,difficult to maintain.While the construction technology of the 360-degree heat-insulating metal edge-locking daylighting board is mainly to integrate the daylighting board with the metal roof board to ensure that the daylighting board works normally in various natural environments.The metal edge-biting ensures that the seal is tight and there is no water leakage.The utility model overcomes the defects of aging,yellowing and poor durability of the traditional daylighting board,improves the light transmittance and reduces the maintenance and renewal cycle of the roof.At present,the technology has reached the international advanced level.This construction technology is used in the relocation and reconstruction project of an automobile interior decoration system limited company in Guangzhou,and the illumination is up to 250.0 lx,which can meet the need of office and processing luminosity,and achieve the desired effect in both appearance quality,using quality and functions.It provides construction experience for our company in the development of this technology.
