基于网络分析法的长春市开放空间非均衡性测度与响应路径

摘　　要：开放空间作为城市功能空间的重要组成部分,对于城市公平正义的发挥起到重要的促进作用.以长春市开放空间为研究案例,基于网络分析法对长春市开放空间的非均衡性进行了测度,在此基础上分析了其非均衡性发展的效应及问题.结果表明:长春市开放空间布局非均衡且扩展速度迟缓,开放空间发展非协调且割裂现象严重,空间设计主观意愿强烈且缺少公众参与性.在对长春市开放空间非均衡性测度的基础上提出了开放空间优化发展的对策建议,认为开放空间优化应该遵循生态保护与生态文明建设有机协调、开放空间与城市功能空间相互耦合、城市景观与特色文化元素相互融合、开放空间与环境保护治理有机共生.As an important part of urban functional space,open space plays an important role in promoting urban fairness and justice.Take the Changchun City open space as a case study,this paper studies the problem of open space in Changchun and the conclusions as follows:(1)The expansion speed of Changchun City open space is slow,and its spatial distribution is imbalanced.(2)The development of Changchun City open space is non-coordinated and its separation phenomenon is serious.(3)The subjective desire of Changchun City open space is intensely and its design is lack of public participation.Further,this paper puts forward the accessibility measure in the open space in Changchun,and finally this paper proposes the countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization development of open space that open space optimization should follow the ecological protection and construction of ecological civilization organic coordination,and open space and urban function space are coupled with each other,and urban landscape and cultural elements should fuse with each other,and the development of open space should pay attention to environmental protection.
